How much is postage and packing?

Postage is with Royal mail, starting at £3.50 which is tracked large parcel.  We will always send items tracked.

Unfortunatley we are currently only posting to the UK only.

Can I return an item?

If for some reason you are not happy with your item please inform us via email and then return to us, in it's original condition within seven days of purchase for a full refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) CStar Design. CStar Design cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach it, so please make sure you obtain an appropriate proof of posting. We recommend that customers returning orders send their returns via a registered trackable service.

You must return the item unused, with any original packaging and tags intact. All items will be inspected on return.

We will refund the original payment and any associated delivery charge. We do not refund any returns delivery charges on unwanted items. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment to prevent money laundering.

Please note pierced earrings are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons.

 

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or damaged we will refund the returns postage for a replacement or full refund. Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.
